IT Junior Administrator – Job Description
This is a Welsh Government funded vacancy. To be eligible to apply you must be aged 16-19, live in Wales, not currently in Education, Employment or Training. You must already hold qualifications to study at Foundation level (ESW’s at L1 in Application of number, Communication and Digital literacy, or the equivalent in GCSE form grades D-G)
Taking inbound IT calls – with description of problems/issues
Raising service desk ticket
Basic computer installations
IT Goods in and returns responsibilities
Organising GDPR data cleansing
General office assistance to senior IT team
