Please note, this is a Welsh Government funded full time vacancy, with attached eligibility criteria for applicants. To be eligible to apply for this position you must be aged 16 -19 years of age, live in Wales, have evidence to live and work in the UK ( Proof of age, proof of address, National insurance letter/number and your own bank account). You must hold grades to be able to study at Foundation level i.e. L1 Essential skills in Application of number/Maths, Communication/English language, Digital literacy / ICT, or equivalent GCSE’s grades 3-1 / D-G as a minimum.
Betty Berkins are looking to expand their team and recruit a barista/kitchen assistant for their busy coffee shop in Pentre Halkyn
Tasks to include
* Taking orders
* Preparing food in kitchen
* Making hot and cold beverages – range of different teas, coffees etc..
* Serving food
* Operating till and card payment system
* Clean and maintain customer areas to Company standard
* Complete daily cleaning tasks
* Ensuring food safety / hygiene compliance
Job Types: Part-time
Salary: Meets national minimum wage
Job Type: Part-time 16 hours a week
