Job Description: Junior Business Development person

We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Business Development Person join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our online across social medial platforms presence and expanding our business networks.

As Business Development Specialist at HJH Commercial Consultants, you will be responsible for contributing to the development and execution of our social media strategy, as well as supporting business development initiatives. You will work closely with growing our marketing and business development teams to enhance our brand visibility, engage with potential clients, and foster strategic partnerships.

Social Media and – Assist in the creation and implementation of a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

– Manage and curate content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.

– Monitor social media trends, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.

– Engage with our online community, respond to inquiries, comments, and messages, and foster positive relationships with clients and prospects.

– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and schedule engaging and relevant content, including articles, graphics, videos, and other multimedia formats.

– Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and business development opportunities.

– Conduct research to identify potential clients, partners, and industry events that align with our business goals.

– Assist in the preparation of business development materials, presentations, and proposals for potential clients.

– Attend networking events, conferences, and seminars to represent HJH Commercial Consultants and establish connections within the industry.

– Maintain accurate records of business development activities, contacts, and outcomes in our CRM system.


– Strong passion for social media, digital marketing, and business development.

– Good written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.

– Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices.

– A need to understand a basic understanding of business development principles and strategies.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

– Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

– Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

– Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn and adapt.
