​​​​​​​Join us as a  Relief Support Worker, we provide support 24 hours a day seven days per week so we can probably offer the hours that suit you. We have a number of locations across Wrexham.

So, what would you be doing?

As a Support Worker in Wrexham, you will join a dedicated, resilient, enthusiastic team providing support to wonderful people with learning disability. You would be part of a friendly team that aims to deliver support that is personalized to the unique circumstances and needs of the person we are supporting.​​​​​​​

You’ll be assisting with a wide range of activities from everyday living needs and ‘must dos’ (such as getting ready in the morning, including having a shower or bath, using the bathroom, taking their medication, and getting dressed), through to the lighter side of life becoming involved with their hobbies and interests.
