Wear yellow today to support the Young Minds campaign to raise awareness and to reach out to young people with mental health problems to show they are not alone with their mental health. Young Minds are encouraging people to wear yellow on the day to show support. You could wear yellow socks, scarf, nail varnish or make a badge.
