Let’s Talk About Menopause Webinar

Here at Coleg Cambria we’re passionate about the wellbeing of our colleagues and that means talking about menopause. As part of the CPD day in December a webinar was delivered by Henpicked, who are an organisation who specialise in encouraging everyone to to talk openly about menopause in the workplace.

The webinar covers what menopause is, its symptoms, ways of managing them, thinking about long term health GP and workplace conversations and where help is available. 

The session is designed for everyone, not just those who are experiencing symptoms, as we can all be impacted by the menopause. It could be a member of your family, friend or colleague experiencing menopause and knowing more will help you support them.
