Saturday 10 October 2020 marks World Mental Health Day.

2020 has been a particularly challenging year for us all on so many levels and World Mental Health Day reminds us of the importance of looking after our Mental Health during these difficult times.

1 in 4 of us will experience mental health problems this year and having a colleague in your corner can make all the difference. The College has updated our Mental Health and Well Being Policy for staff which we would encourage you to read and see how we can support you and your mental health at work.

The College Health and Wellbeing Portal is a great resource of information and support for both staff and students.

The time-to-change Ask Twice Campaign  highlights how the simple act of asking twice can help support our conversations with friends and co-workers  . For more information and support around mental health, please visit the Mind Website  which contains information on online mental health.
