I know we have plenty of fans of The Great British Bake Off at Coleg Cambria and who else still remembers trawling through the shops on your essential shopping trips to track down that much needed (and much missing) flour so you could get in your next fix of baking? Local business, The Pudding Compartment, in Flint, set up an online shop called A Million Thanks where they now sell surplus flour and other baking goods for bakery businesses across the UK and put the profits back into snacks and energy bars for key and essential workers during the pandemic.
